Ruby colour. The nose reveals intense notes of liquorice, thyme, blackberries and raspberries. At the same time, a smoky, peppery note is developing. With a rather light density on the palate at first, the fruit quickly expresses its liveliness, its aroma and finally its richness. It is very consistent, particularly with the liveliness that gives movement to the mid-palate. From this lively, peachy attack, the tannins then emerge, forcefully but clearly. The finish is slightly harsh, but will smoothen out with age. Let the wine age for three years.
