The wine has a light straw color. The nose is vinous with notes of lemon and apple. The second nose is saline and always fruity. There is an imperceptible hint of toasted bread. The palate is round with nice acidity. The aromas are more expressive with citrus but also peach. We perceive fine hints of apple as well as a nice buttery, toasted side. There is a fatness with an acidity that is at the same time dynamic. The finish is lovely with notes of butter, crème fraîche as well as stewed apple with a hint of vanilla.
