Ruby colour with a hint of garnet. Toasted bread, pepper, wild strawberries, red plums and raspberries on the nose. There are some lovely brioche notes on the finish, adding complexity to this very fruity character. The liquorice is particularly intense, as well as some blackberries, and adds a certain freshness.
