The nose is aromatic and offers a fine intensity, concentration and a fine freshness. It reveals notes of flowers, crushed brugnon and stewed pear combined with fine hints of quince, fresh small fruits, wood and Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers freshness, suavity, a small fat, a small straightness / tension and a fine acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Williams pear, brugnon and small notes of quince associated with a fine hint of plum, toasted oak and brioche. Good length.
