The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a slight intensity as well as elegance. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, peach and slight notes of flowers associated with a hint of ripe peach as well as discreet toasted hints/beeswax and flint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, elegant and offers a slight acid frame, a very slight unctuosity, a slight minerality as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of lemon/ripe mandarin, ripe peach and slight notes of crushed pear associated with a subtle toasted hint / beeswax and a very discreet hint of citrus zests/clementine as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers. Good length and beautiful persistence on a hint of butter and toasted hint (which brings gourmandise).
