The nose is fruity, mineral and offers freshness as well as a fine crunchiness. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, crunchy white nectarine and small notes of juicy mandarin associated with discreet hints of citrus flowers and an imperceptible hint of almond flowers. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, an acidulous frame as well as fat/suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon and small notes of kumquat associated with very fine hints of crushed quince, butter/beeswax.
