The nose is elegant, gourmand, racy and offers a small richness as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, wild strawberry, redcurrant and slight notes of a touch of plum associated with touches of mocha, a slight touch of leather, discreet touches of cedar wood, sweet spices as well as a discreet / imperceptible hint of nutmeg and caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, straight, elegant, racy and offers a slight mineral frame, tension, a beautiful finesse, a beautiful gourmandise, harmony, fat as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy plum, fleshy blackberry and slight notes of strawberry, crunchy red cherry associated with touches of mocha, toasted / caramelized oak, Bourbon vanilla as well as a slight touch of leather and a touch of (very) discreet hint of hazelnut (in the background). Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length. A beautiful wine!
