The nose is fruity and offers a fine power / concentration. It reveals notes of dried zest of orange, quince and small notes of yellow apple associated with a subtle hint of beeswax / chestnut. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, gourmande and offers a good definition, juiciness, dynamism, tension as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy quince and small notes of kumquat associated with slight hints of white fruit as well as very discreet hints of yellow flowers, racy minerality and a very discreet hint of almond (in the background). There are subtle buttered hints in the background.
