The nose is fresh, mineral and racy. It reveals notes of crunchy peach and apple associated with small notes of flint / racy minerality as well as discreet hints of zest and an imperceptible hint of beeswax (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful racy minerality, finesse, an acid frame, fat, suavity, a small gourmandise as well as an aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, lychee and small notes of pear associated with touches of quince, crushed vine peach and an imperceptible hint of quince. Good length.
