The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color with green reflections. The nose offers tanginess as well as a certain sweetness. It expresses notes of green apple, lime, lemon, lemon zest, a touch of grapefruit, fresh pineapple and a delicate floral note (apple blossom). There is also a fine minerality (dry stone) and herbaceous notes in the background. On the palate, the wine is straight, dynamic and tangy. It expresses the flavors of citrus fruits (lime, lemon juice), crushed green apple, cut grass, a vegetal touch as well as a delicate minerality on the finish. The acidity is very lively and salivating. The finish is persistent, with good bitterness and citrus notes (lime, lime zest).
