The nose is elegant, racy, harmonious with a small spherical side as well as delicacy. It reveals notes of crushed yellow peach, juicy quince and then slightly tangerine associated with small touches of lychee, verbena as well as a subtle hazelnut and bergamot. We have small yellow flowers with a discreet hint of a small local bouquet with edelweiss and salinity. The palate is fruity and offers roundness, fat, a little unctuosity as well as a slight sensation of sweetness. There is elegance, dynamism, finesse and mastery in this racy wine. There are notes of juicy / tangy lemon with pulpy quince and slightly tangy vine peach combined with small touches of tangy / dried apricot. There are exotic fruits, medicinal herbs, a subtle hint of white flowers, salinity as well as a racy minerality. There is a very subtle hint of fine and pepper on the finish / lingering. A subtle tannic sensation on the finish with a discreet caramelization as well as a discreet almost chocolate hint. Nice freshness and complexity.
