Domaine Jean-Louis Tissot – Cuvée Boutemple 2015 – Arbois

The nose is aromatic and offers power as well as a good grain finesse. It reveals notes of crunchy nectarine, mirabelle plum and small notes of flowers associated with a very discreet hint of white pepper and an imperceptible touch of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful juiciness, intensity, concentration, a racy minerality, fat, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a good freshness as well as a beautiful acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy physalis, apple and small notes of wildflowers associated with small / fine touches of nectarine, racy minerality as well as an imperceptible touch of white pepper (in the background). Good length. Almost tannic sensation on the finish. There are slight hints of fresh hazelnut and dried almond on the finish / persistence. Beautiful persistence.
