The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful juiciness, intensity, concentration, a racy minerality, fat, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a good freshness as well as a beautiful acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy physalis, apple and small notes of wildflowers associated with small / fine touches of nectarine, racy minerality as well as an imperceptible touch of white pepper (in the background). Good length. Almost tannic sensation on the finish. There are slight hints of fresh hazelnut and dried almond on the finish / persistence. Beautiful persistence.
