The wine has a beautiful deep cherry color. The nose is fresh and aromatic, with a blend of fruit and oak. There are notes of cherry and blackberry, but above all, there are toasted, vanilla, almost cedar notes. There are sweet spices and a hint of undergrowth that adds complexity. The second nose opens with freshness, notes of peppermint, and still the sweet spices with juicy black fruits in the background. The palate is fresh and fruity, with notes of juicy black cherry, crisp blue plum, and small black forest fruits like blackberry. Sweet spices and vanilla appear. The tannins are present and intense until the finish. There is a good balance with a mouth-watering acidity. The end of the tasting is on the rose as well as blackberry skin and juicy cherry with a hint of cedar. A wine for aging without a doubt with great potential.
