The wine has a beautiful bright pale lemon color. The first nose is fresh, delicate with notes of ripe yellow lemon, crisp apple as well as toast, vanilla and butter. The second nose opens with more intensity on floral notes of lemon blossom as well as juicy yellow peach. The palate is fresh, soft on the attack with little by little the acidity which appears, refreshing. There are notes of roasted/fresh yellow peach, apricot, crisp fresh apple, pineapple and juicy mango. There is a slight salinity on the finish with butter and vanilla. The acidity is dynamic. The finish is salivating with a note of racy minerality.
