The palate is fresh, fruity and offers minerality, a fresh frame, a fine suavity, an acidulous / juicy fruit, an assertive varietal side, suavity as well as a certain aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous / juicy plum, crunchy raspberry and small notes of fresh red berries associated with touches of cherry stone, with hints of iris, peony, cherry blossoms as well as discreet hints of racy minerality and a hint of mocha on the persistence.
