The palate is fruity, beautifully juicy, very discreetly tight, silky and offers minerality, a beautiful precision, a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a very beautiful finesse of the grain, a small straightness, suavity, a beautiful finesse of the fat, tension as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crunchy/juicy cassis associated with touches of juicy/crunchy blackberry, hints of raspberry/crunchy red berries, a hint of acidulous red berries candy as well as discreet hints of liquorice, cornflower/violet and racy minerality. Tannins are elegant and very discreetly firm. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of toasted oak on the persistence.
