The nose is elegant, racy and offers a beautiful power as well as a very beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, plum and small notes of crunchy wild strawberry associated with touches of small blue fruits as well as hints of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous/juicy frame, a beautiful finesse as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe blackberry, juicy/ripe raspberry and small notes of blueberry associated with a touch of acidulous Questch plum as well as touches of chocolate, caramelization, vanilla and cornflower. Tannins are elegant, fine, racy and structuring. A beautiful wine!
