It reveals notes of fleshy cherry, cassis and small notes of cornflower, violet associated with touches of small wild fruits as well as discreet hints of Cuben pepper, black tea and cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, aery and offers a good definition, juiciness, a fine freshness, a mineral frame, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, wild blackberry and small notes of fleshy black plum associated with fine touches of cassis, violet /cornflower as well as hints of chocolate, toasted, discreet hints of caramelization (in the background) and a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are elegant. Good length.
