The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a fine richness as well as a fine fleshiness. It reveals notes of wild black berries and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a good definition, gourmandize, minerality, tension, a small aerial side, power, a small concentration as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, wild ripe red berries and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of cornflower/flowers as well as hints of zan and a very discreet hint of toasted/caramelization and cocoa on the finish/persistence. Tannins are well-built.
