Domaine Haut Ventenac – L’Autrement 2020 – Francs Côtes-de-Bordeaux 

(No added sulfites) On the nose it is fruity, offers concentration, the power with excellence, the intensity (with accuracy) as well as freshness. It reveals the notes of bright wild cassis, bright blackberry and more lightly violet plum associated with touches of violet, strawberry as well as licorice stick, fine hint of violet and pepper.  On the mouth it is fruity, finely tight and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, a fine intensity. The wine express the notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis and more slightly bright raspberry associated with hints of purple plum, cherry blossom and hints of licorice. Good length. The tannins are precise and fine.
