The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is delicate, with subtle, tangy fruity aromas and a slight hint of toast, all in finesse. It expresses notes of tangy red cherry, cranberries, raspberry, tangy strawberry, as well as a hint of red plum in the background, associated with notes of toasted hazelnut, heated wood in the background, nutmeg, white pepper, as well as notes of aromatic herbs (thyme, dried mint), pine needles and flowers (violet, lilac), which bring freshness and airiness. The palate is tangy, chiseled and lively. It expresses flavors of tangy red cherry, raspberry, cranberries and fresh strawberry, associated with notes of nutmeg, white pepper, toasted hazelnut, as well as refreshing touches of thyme, dried mint and violet. Beautiful salivating acidity, balanced by a delicacy and the roundness of the morello cherry flavor. Good persistence with a very delicate bitterness. The tannins are polished and silky, well structured. A perfumed wine, on finesse and delicacy.
