The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fruity and juicy: the first nose expresses the aromas of crushed apricot, yellow peach, fresh crushed green apple, associated with aromas of lemon juice, fresh lemon peel, grapefruit juice. On the second nose, we find floral and spicy aromas: dried lime, acacia, vanilla, coriander seeds and ground nutmeg, associated with oaky notes, which appear after aeration (toast, hazelnut , dried almond) and a touch of honey. We also found a slight lactic and yeasty touch (fresh bread, toasted yeast, yogurt). The palate is fragrant and savoury: the attack is tangy, firm, mineral and slightly drying (limestone), with a salivating and lively tangy framework. It also expresses the flavors of lemon juice, lime, tangy green apple, crunchy apricot, white peach and a fine woody and spicy side (fresh wood, toasted hazelnut in the background, dried almond), a touch floral (acacia, apple blossom), yeasty and milky (yogurt, toasted bread). The finish is precise and straight, with sharp acidity and good bitterness, softened by a subtle honeyed touch. Beautiful concentration and length, expressiveness and balance.
