The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers density and finesse, complexity and juiciness. It expresses the aromas of ripe yellow peach, juicy apricot, candied lemon peel, fresh lemon, fresh green apple, as well as an elegant floral scent (acacia, elderberry, fresh lime), a woody touch and integrated spice which highlights the ripe fruits (toasted hazelnut with a hint of caramel, fresh vanilla, a hint of star anise, which brings interesting hints of liquorice and menthol). The palate is elegant, lively and lemony. The attack expresses notes of freshly grated lemon zest, grapefruit, lemon juice, then associated with notes of tangy apricot, green apple, white peach, fresh wood, fresh hazelnut, a lactic touch of lemon yogurt and butter, as well as acacia, fresh lime and flower honey. The finish is chiseled, straight, with a salivating tangy framework of lemon and lime. Nice energy and freshness on the palate.
