The nose is pretty, fresh, elegant, airy, complex and velvety with some melodious edge. There are notes of pulpy purple plums, violet and more slightly crushed blue berries combined with hints of fresh tobacco leaves, violet and a touch of graphite, cardamom and toast. The palate is fruity with a juicy, acidic frame, gourmandise, accuracy and tension. There is energy and at the same time delicacy with a nice velvety side to its power and relative richness. There is good definition with juicy purple plum, crushed blackberry and more slightly fresh raspberry notes combined with hints of blue berries as well as hints of vanilla, fresh tobacco and a hint of cardamom and sweet spice. There is also a hint of racy minerality with supple, precise and nicely fine tannins. Great potential!
