The nose is fruity, fleshy, gourmand and offers elegance and a fine concentration. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of stewed white peach, crushed pear and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with a hint of quince, nectarine, nuts as well as a subtle hint of white flowers (after aeration) and saline minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, finely fat and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine juiciness, a small straightness, tension and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, mirabelle plum / yellow small fruits combined with small notes of crushed pear, crushed nectarine as well as a hint of lemon, nuts / almonds, yuzu zest and of saline minerality. Good length. The aftertaste is relatively suave.
