The nose is elegant, aromatic, complex and offers a beautiful aromatic palette, a beautiful dimension as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, ripe / crushed Garriguette strawberry and small notes of liquorice associated with touches of cornflowers, lily, crushed blueberry as well as a hint of chocolate, racy minerality and a very discreet hint of blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, suavity, a small tension, fleshiness, generosity, a beautiful fleshy / juicy fruit as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, fleshy / juicy Boysen blackberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy Garriguette strawberry associated with touches of cornflowers, cherry blossoms, licorice stick as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg, sweet spices, toast, chocolate and an imperceptible almost white flowers hint. Tannins are elegant, precise and structuring. Good length. A fine sapidity on the finish / persistence.
