The wine has a pale lemon yellow color with light golden highlights. The first nose offers concentration, ripe fruit and a slight sweetness. We first find notes of flower honey, apple blossom, infused linden, as well as toasted hazelnut (with a touch of caramel), toasted wood and vanilla. On the second nose, the wine expresses notes of lemon zest, pomelo, lemon juice and green apple, associated with a touch of peppermint, nutmeg and notes of juicy stone fruits (apricot, white peach). The palate is lively, with sharp acidity and pronounced citrus notes (lemon juice, lemon peel, lime zest), tangy green apple, as well as tangy apricot. We then find notes of lemon yogurt, a less pronounced spicy and woody side (fresh hazelnut, a light touch of vanilla), notes of white flowers (lime blossom, apple blossom), as well as peppermint in the background. The finish is moderately persistent, with a sharp acidity and a touch of toasted wood, which return at the very end of the palate. A vibrant wine, still very young, which needs time to combine wood, acidity and fruit.
