The nose is intense with notes of pear and sweet spices like fresh vanilla pod. The second nose opens with a hint of pear. There is a certain depth with touches of apple and ripe lemon. The palate is fresh, with a slight bitterness on the attack. We find apple and ripe lemon as well as notes of nutmeg. The overall effect is delicate with a hint of butter. The finish is on apple cooked browned in butter. Long and gastronomic.
