The nose is fruity, slightly powerful (in the background) and offers a slight intensity / concentration. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum and flowers associated with slight notes of crushed peach, quince and subtle touches of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, straight, mineral, a bit aerial and offers an acid frame, a racy minerality as well as tension. In the palate this wine expresses notes of zest, crushed peach and quenette associated with slight notes of ripe lemon zests, sweet grapefruit, granny smith apple as well as a discreet touch of flowers and flint. Good length. Good persistence with hints of mandarine.
