The nose is fruity, elegant, very discreetly tight and offers a small richness as well as a fine tension. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, ripe kumquat and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of dried yellow peach as well as slight hints of racy minerality and beeswax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous / juicy frame, a small tension, fat, a fine richness, gourmandise as well as a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe quince and small notes of acidulous mirabelle plum associated with small touches of crushed apple as well as slight hints of racy minerality, beeswax, flowers and and dried almond. Good length. Good and gourmande persistence.
