The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers minerality. It reveals notes of quince, mandarin marmalade and candied lemon associated with small notes of honey, apple in syrup and discreet toffee. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, roundness, a beautiful acid frame, a fine freshness, a good structure as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, candied lemon and mirabelle plum jam combined with small touches of marmalade, candied orange zest as well as hints of caramel, spices and a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background). There are a hint of cereals / muesli (bottom) and a hint of dried almond at the finish / persistence.
