The nose is aromatic, fresh and offers a minerality as well as richness. It reveals notes of mirabelle and ripe yellow peach associated with a hint of crushed pear, honey, minerality, candied lemon as well as a subtle hint of toasted oak toasted, buttered apple and an imperceptible hint of hazelnut. The palate is fruity, unctuous, mineral, elegant and offers an acid frame, a good maturity, freshness, tension and a nice matter. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed yellow peach and fine notes of jammy apricot, white grapes combined with subtle touches of honey, acacia, schist, toasted oak and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of almond. Good persistence.
