Domaine Grand – Tradition 2014 – Côtes du Jura

The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a fine intensity and delicacy. It reveals notes of crushed yellow fruits, acacia honey and small notes of quince marmalade associated with fine touches of flowers and vanilla. The palate is fruity, gourmet, elegant, soft, delicate, unctuous and offers a fine acidulous frame, a good definition as well as a beautiful precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, crushed quince, ripe / crushed peach and small notes of honey associated with small touches of small yellow fruits, ripe apple as well as hints of vanilla, honey and white flowers. Good length. Fine firmness on the finish. Fine tannic sensation and chews on the finish / persistence.
