The mouth is mineral, racy, elegant, well-balanced, beautifully conducted and offers a small freshness, harmony, a small melodious side, a slightly acidulous frame, precision, a very fine straightness, finesse as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy nectarine, fleshy / juicy mirabelle plum and small notes of curry associated with touches of dried citrus fruits, small hints of quince, fresh hazelnut, crushed almond as well as slight hints of racy minerality, fresh flowers and a very discreet almost buttery hint (in the background). Good length. Beautiful acidulous persistence. A slight sapidity and salinity on the finish / persistence.
