The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, fat and smoothness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, mandarin, pear and fine / discreet notes of grapefruit combined with notes of quince, beeswax and a very discreet note of oak. Good length.
