The nose is elegant, with a certain intensity, minerality, framed with power and control. There are notes of quince, zest and more slightly orange associated with small touches of apple, star fruit as well as fine hints of fresh physalis and medicinal herbs / flowers. There is a discreet hint of fresh verbena and racy minerality. The palate is fruity, juicy, precise, racy, framed, fine and offers freshness, unctuosity as well as a nice stretched side. We feel an airy side in the approach. We find the notes of acidulous apples, quenette and more slightly of sweet lemon caviar associated with touches of fleshy physalis. We also have pulpy small yellow fruits as well as a hint of pineapple, almond, white flowers and a subtle hint of lemon blossoms as well as a discreet hint of dried nuts. There is also a discreet toast hint and some hazelnut. There is good length with a subtle varietal hint and salinity on the lingering finish.
