Composed of 70% Roussanne and 30% Marsanne, it is born on granite soil at 350 meters above sea level with eastern exposure. It matures 9 months in French barriques. It develops aromas of cedar, citrus fruits and hints of wildflowers and birch. On the palate it is characterized by great energy, an iodine and brackish matrix that meets aromas of ripe yellow fruit. As broad as it is vertical and very persistent.
