The nose is fruity, mineral, racy and offers finesse as well as freshness. It reveals notes of ripe lemon / quince and crushed apple combined with slight notes of tangerine, compoted white fruits, white flowers (elderberry…), racy minerality as well as a hint of vanilla and an imperceptible hint of oak. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, nicely gourmand, unctuous and offers an acid frame, finesse, suavity, tension, a nice definition, freshness, depthness and elegance. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed pear, apple and candied quince / apple associated with slight touches of vanilla as well as an imperceptible hint of acacia honey. Good length.
