The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose offers a certain density in freshness and light notes of smoke, roasted aromatic herbs, roasted red cherry and roasted meat that appear at the opening. We then find tangy fruity notes (red cherry, raspberry, dried cranberries, tangy strawberry and a hint of blackcurrant), a fine spiciness (crushed black peppercorns, liquorice, nutmeg, vanilla in the background), as well as dried mint, toast and chocolate in the background. The palate is enveloping, gourmet and fruity. The attack is juicy and concentrated, with notes of ripe fruit (morello cherry, crushed raspberry, strawberry, red cherry) and a hint of roasted fruit (roasted red cherry). On the mid-palate, we find notes of toasted hazelnut, a hint of chocolate, dried mint, liquorice, nutmeg and crushed black pepper. The tannins are gourmet, soft and cocoa-like. Good bitterness of coffee and dark chocolate on the persistence, accompanied by a salivating acidity and a roasted touch.
