The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is aromatic, floral at first, with fine toasted and honeyed touches. It first expresses the aromas of acacia, fresh lime, fresh chamomile, as well as fresh wood and fresh hazelnut in the background. Then, we find notes of ripe lemon, grapefruit zest, orange in the background, fresh apricot and white peach, completed by a touch of peach yogurt and vanilla in the background. The palate is airy, finely toasted and spicy on the attack (we find in particular the flavors of dried vanilla, fresh wood and toasted hazelnut), associated on the palate with a good bitterness of grapefruit and chestnut honey, with a touch lemon zest, juicy lemon, crunchy apricot, as well as notes of wax in the background, dried linden and acacia. The finish expresses more the toasted (toasted wood) and lactic (lemon yogurt) hints, a lively acidity and a good bitterness, which persists on the finish. The texture in the mouth is round, but not oily thanks to a beautiful tangy and bitter structure, as well as a fine minerality, which we feel at the very end of the mouth.
