The nose is fruity and offers power as well as a small intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of red berries associated with touches of racy minerality, violet, lily as well as a hint of blueberry, toasted, roasted and hazelnut/sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers definition, an acidulous frame, gourmandize as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, juicy/fresh plum and small notes of juicy raspberry associated with touches of racy minerality, violet as well as discreet hints of graphite, tonka bean, toasted and sweet spices. Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good length. There are hints of chocolate on the finish and on the persistence.
