Ruby colour with light purple nuances. Intense, powerful nose, dominated by notes of precious wood and cedar. The fruit gradually takes over. The palate is full and rich, and this time the fruit leads the way. Red plums, raspberries, cherries and strawberries are all present in the beginning, before the oaky nuances take over the mid-palate. For the moment, the tannins are very pronounced, and will soften with age. However, it is already possible to appreciate the very fine quality of the tannins, which are clean, fresh and precise. While this wine has a very lively attack right now, the mid-palate and finish suggest that it should be kept for at least 3 years, with the potential for much longer.
