The second nose opens with more intensity on yellow peach, nectarine, apricot, and yellow lemon. The palate is fresh and fruity with notes of apricot and juicy yellow peach. There is a beautiful mineral freshness and a salivating acidity with hints of fresh mint and sage flower. The finish is on quince and almond.
