It reveals notes of blackberry, vanilla and small notes of crushed raspberry, fleshy plum associated with small touches of crunchy strawberry, a hint of rose / violet as well as very discreet hints of spices, toasted and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, racy, slightly tight and offers a good definition, tension, minerality (a mineral frame), precision, softness / fluidity as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy cherry and small notes of juicy Quetsche plum associated with small touches of blackberry, violet as well as discreet hints of rose, spices and vanilla. Tannins are well-built. Good length. The finish is slightly tight.
