The nose is fruity, racy and offers a small concentration and minerality. It reveals notes of ripe red cherry, blackberry and small notes of berries associated with slight hints of Zan, Sichuan pepper, sweet spices and graphite. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, well-built and offers a good definition, finesse, suavity, a mineral frame as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, ripe cherry and small notes of plum associated with fine touches of blue fruit as well as hints of juicy / fresh small red fruits and Zan. Tannins are well-built. There are very discreet toasted hints, hazelnut and licorice on the finish / persistence. The finish is slightly acidulous.
