The nose is aromatic and offers freshness. It reveals notes of yellow fruits, toasted notes and small notes of fleshy peach, quince associated with touches of butter as well as discreet hints of apple and minerality. The palate is mineral, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good guideline, finesse, a fine acid frame, a small suavity as well as a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy / juicy peach, quince and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with touches of juicy citrus fruit, butter, toasted touches as well as slight hints of apple and a very discreet hint of almond on the finish / persistence. Good length.
