The nose is aromatic and offers a fine intensity / concentration. It reveals notes of white flowers and crushed white fruits combined with a hint of ripe citrus, quince, vanilla and a very subtle hint of mandarin paste. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine concentration as well as a fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, fleshy / crushed peach and small notes of quince, Williams pear associated with a fine touch of crushed / ripe mandarin, butter, vanilla brioche as well as a subtle hint of mineral / limestone. Good length and nice persistence. The persistence is quite gourmande.
