(biodynamic) The wine has a very pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers a certain concentration, tension and a racy, smoky minerality of limestone and flint terroir, which is expressed on the first nose. We then find the chiseled hint of citrus (lemon, grapefruit, lime) and green fruits (green apple, green plum), associated with a hint of acacia and gooseberries. The palate is gourmand, expressive, more open than the nose. The attack is enveloping and juicy, while remaining fresh. It expresses notes of apricot and white peach, complemented by a touch of citrus (crushed lemon, orange zest, a hint of candied lemon), crushed green apple and passion fruit, as well as a sweet touch of acacia. The finish is persistent and combines notes of green apple, green pear and limestone minerality. Complexity and a lovely freshness thanks to a lively acidity and a good grapefruit bitterness on the persistence.
