The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of exotic fruits (quenette…), apple and ripe citrus (mandarin, lemon) associated with discreet/imperceptible toasted hints/vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, slightly « perlante » (very slightly sparkling, on the attack), well-balanced, racy and offers a slight mineral frame, fat, unctuosity as well as a beautiful freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and slight notes of ripe mandarin associated with hints of passion fruit as well as a discreet hint of kumquat. Good length.
