The nose is fruity. There are notes of mirabelle plum, small yellow fruits and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of flint, crushed peach as well as discreet hints of butter, almond and very discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a juicy / acidulous, a small tension, finesse, a beautiful structure and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon / fresh, juicy apple / peach and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of lychee, racy minerality, white flowers as well as slight hints of almond / almond milk and sweet spices. Good length and persistence.
